摘要: 化工建设项目具有工艺复杂、原料种类繁多且危险性高、工程周期短、作业高风险、人员结构复杂等特点,一直受到社会各界的广泛关注,从设计、施工到生产运行,每个阶段都肩负着重要的安全管理责任。通过对化工建设工程过程中普遍存在的安全隐患进行梳理,以及目前安全现状分析,结合自身化工工程管理的实践经验,提出全过程管理的对应措施,为广大安管人员提供一定的借鉴和帮助。

关键词: 化工项目, 安全风险, 风险控制

Abstract: Chemical construction projects are characterized by complex processes, diverse and highly hazardous raw materials, short engineering cycles, high-risk operations and a diverse workforce composition, which have long been a focus of widespread societal concern. From design and construction to production operation, each phase bears significant safety management responsibilities. By analyzing the prevalent safety hazards in chemical engineering construction projects and evaluating the current safety status, this study proposes corresponding measures for whole-process management based on practical experience in chemical project management. This provides reference and assistance for safety management personnel.
