摘要: 石化催化剂生产过程中会采用大量气流干燥设备对催化剂粉体进行干燥,传统的布袋除尘、旋风除尘、喷淋除尘等对催化剂拦截效率低,大量催化剂进入大气或者喷淋水中,造成经济损失且污染环境。气体净化膜技术是新型的气固分离技术,膜材料的双层复合结构可将催化剂颗粒物拦截在膜表面,维持高拦截效率的同时降低除尘器的运行阻力,减少运行能耗,对石化催化剂生产过程中的减污降碳具有重要意义。

Abstract: In the production process of petrochemical catalysts, extensive pneumatic conveying drying systems are employed for drying catalyst powders. Conventional dust collection technologies – including bag dust collectors, cyclone dust collectors and spray scrubbers – exhibit low interception efficiency for catalyst particles. Significant quantities of catalysts are consequently released into the atmosphere or absorbed into spray water systems, resulting in both economic losses and environmental contamination. Gas purification membrane technology is a new type of gas-solid separation technology. The double-layer composite structure of the membrane material can intercept catalyst particles on the surface of the membrane, maintain high interception efficiency, reduce the operating resistance of dust collectors and reduce operating energy consumption. It is of great significance for reducing pollution and carbon emissions in the production process of petrochemical catalysts.
