“ 低温催化氧化”工艺在治理码头装船废气中的应用

Application of“ Low-temperature Catalytic Oxidation Process” in Treating Loading Emissions from Dock Operations

摘要: 针对某石化企业码头汽油、石脑油、航煤装船逸散出的挥发性有机物( VOCS)以及苯系物治理技术工艺、原理进行了探讨,介绍了 “ 低温催化氧化 ” 联合工艺治理码头装船产生的 VOCS 以及苯系物的运行效果。结果表明烃类、苯系物等挥发性有机物通过工艺治理后达标排放。通过对作业船舶油气系统密封性整改,并进行惰化系统升级维护,降低装船油气中氧气含量,可保证装船作业时船岸对接系统安全运行。对码头装船排放 VOCS 治理起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: This study discusses the treatment technologies and principles for volatile organic compounds (VOCS) and benzene homologues emitted during the loading of gasoline, naphtha and jet fuel at a petrochemical terminal. The operational effectiveness of a combined "low-temperature catalytic oxidation" process in treating VOCS and benzene series from dock loading operations is presented. Results demonstrate that hydrocarbons, benzene homologues and other VOCS achieve compliant emissions after treatment through this process. By implementing sealing modification to vessel vapor recovery systems and upgrading inerting system maintenance to reduce oxygen content in loading vapors, the safe operation of ship-to-shore docking systems during loading operations can be ensured. This study provides a reference for VOCS emission control in terminal loading operations.
