摘要: 反应进料加热炉是加氢装置的重要设备之一,操作条件苛刻、工况多。炉前混氢反应进料加热炉管内流型、内膜温度、管壁温度、热强度等是关键参数。近些年有多例反应进料加热炉辐射管破裂事故发生。基于西部某企业案例,简要分析炉管破裂原因并给出安全运行的几点建议。

Abstract: The reactor feed furnace is one of the essential equipment in hydrotreating units, operating under ?severe conditions? and handling ?multiple operating modes?. The flow regime, inner film temperature, tube wall temperature, flux density are key parameters within furnace-front hydrogen mixing reaction furnace tubes?. In recent years, multiple accidents of radiation tube rupture have occurred in reaction furnaces. Based on a case study of an enterprise in western China, this paper briefly analyzes the causes of tube rupture and provides several suggestions for safe operation.
