摘要: 环氧丙烷是一种重要的有机化工原料,广泛应用于各个领域。主要介绍了环氧丙烷的两种传统生产工艺,深入分析了其在生产过程中的安全风险点,并提出了相应的安全措施,以确保环氧丙烷生产过程的安全性和稳定性。通过优化工艺控制、设备材质升级和强化安全联锁系统等措施,可以有效降低生产过程中的火灾爆炸、设备腐蚀和环境污染风险,为环氧丙烷的安全生产提供了理论支持和技术指导。

Abstract: Propylene Oxide is a significant organic chemical material with extensive applications across various industries. This paper primarily introduces two traditional production processes for PO, thoroughly analyzes the safety risks during its production process, and proposes corresponding safety measures to ensure the safety and stability of the production process. By optimizing process control, upgrading equipment materials, and strengthening safety interlock systems, risks such as fire explosion, equipment corrosion, and environmental pollution during production process can be effectively mitigated. This study provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the safe production of PO.
