油气管道线路建设数字化技术应用探析

摘要: 利用油气管道建设线路数字化技术,通过管道建设期全要素、全流程相关数据的采集、复核和对比,建立工程建设管理信息平台,构建与工程实体一致的三维管道模型,实现真实管道虚拟化,最终达到管道全数字化移交的标准,为后期管道运营夯实基础。对数字化技术的工艺过程和技术特点进行了介绍,分析了实施过程中存在的问题,提出了解决策略,以期为其他同类型项目提供借鉴。

Abstract: By applying pipeline route digitalization technology in oil and gas pipeline construction, relevant data encompassing all elements and the entire process during the construction phase is collected, verified, compared, and entered into the Engineering Construction Management Information System. A three-dimensional pipeline model that is consistent with the engineering entity is constructed, realizing the virtualization of real pipelines and ultimately achieving the standard of full digital handover of pipeline systems, laying a solid foundation for later pipeline operation. This paper introduces the process and technical characteristics of digitalization technology, analyzes the problems that exist in the implementation process, and proposes solutions to serve as reference for other projects of the same type.
