摘要: 某石化公司的重整氢提纯装置,采用变压吸附( PSA)技术提纯氢气。随着吸附剂使用时间的延长,解吸气氢含量逐渐升高,压缩机出现喘振的现象,解吸气间断排火炬。通过对解吸气控制方案的优化,解决了解吸气压力波动大的问题,消除了火炬排放的环保风险,降低了装置蒸汽消耗。

Abstract: The reforming hydrogen purification unit of a certain petrochemical company adopts pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to purify hydrogen gas. As the adsorbent usage time prolongs, the hydrogen content in the desorbed gas gradually increases, causing the compressor to surge and the desorbed gas to be intermittently discharged into the flare. Through optimizing the control scheme for desorption gas, the problem of large fluctuations in suction pressure has been solved, the environmental risks of torch emissions have been eliminated, and the steam consumption of the device has been reduced.
