摘要: 安全阀和爆破片作为关键的安全附件被广泛应用在石油化工领域,它们在防护系统超压中起着至关重要的作用。简要分析了安全阀和爆破片的工作原理及其单独使用时的工作特点,介绍了安全阀和爆破片组合设置型式、应用场景,讨论了安全阀和爆破片组合设置时注意事项,旨在为工程设计人员提供参考。

Abstract: Safety valves and rupture discs are widely applied as key safety accessories in the petrochemical industry and they play a crucial role in protecting against overpressure in the system. This paper briefly analyzes the working principles of safety valves and rupture discs and their working characteristics when used separately. It introduces the combination setting types and application scenarios of safety valves and rupture discs. The paper also discusses the precautions for the combination setting of safety valves and rupture discs, aiming to provide reference for engineering designers.
