摘要: 针对酸性水汽提装置罐区的设计问题,通过对罐区围堰、酸性水罐入口金属软管、紧急切断阀、总切断阀,出口金属软管、储罐呼吸阀、储罐防腐、储罐恶臭气体综合治理等问题的探讨,综合区域技改及外出考察情况的对比、分析,为酸性水罐区的设计,提供建议。

Abstract: This paper addresses the common design issues in the tank areas of acidic water stripping units. Through exploration of such issues as containment dikes, metal hoses at the inlet of acidic water tanks, emergency shut-off valves, master shut-off valves, outlet metal hoses, tank breather valves, tank corrosion prevention, and comprehensive treatment of malodorous gases from storage tanks, this study provides recommendations for the design of acidic water tank areas. These recommendations are derived from a comparative analysis of regional technical modifications and insights gained from external inspections.
