Abstract: In petrochemical enterprises, with the introduction and development of safety production management concepts, the management of process technology changes has gradually shifted from disorderly development to advanced safety management systems. The risks associated with changes have been effectively controlled to a certain extent, but some problems still exist. Taking a certain petrochemical enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes the risks and existing problems in process technology changes, and proposes corresponding safety management measures and suggestions based on specific issues in practical implementation.
