Abstract: This paper deeply discusses the new situation and challenges faced by oil refining and chemical enterprises in the field of safety training. It focuses on the unique advantages and notable features of the new teaching model of micro-course in oil refining and chemical safety training. After a comprehensive analysis of the actual needs and training status of oil refining and chemical enterprises, a set of targeted safety training micro-course implementation strategy is proposed, which not only enhances the training effect clearly, but also improves the employee's participation and learning efficiency greatly, and improves the employee's safety awareness and response capability effectively. Starting from multiple dimensions, this paper also puts forward specific suggestions to further optimize and improve the efficiency of enterprise safety training micro-courses so as to promote the continuous improvement of training in refining and chemical industry.
