摘要: 化工行业是国民生产的重要支柱,可是因其复杂的工艺过程和原材料的多样性,在生产过程中容易存在诸多隐患,发生伤亡事故的可能性极大。基于24Model 理论,以浩业化工有限公司“1?15”爆炸事故为例,进行原因分析,进而提出对策,旨在预防和控制化工安全事故的发生,提升企业安全绩效。

Abstract: Chemical industry is an important pillar of national production, but there are many hidden dangers during the production process because of its complex process and the diversity of raw materials. There is a high probability of casualties. Based on the 24 Model theory, this paper analyzes the causes of explosion accident occurred in Panjin Haoye Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and control the occurrence of chemical accidents and thus improving the safety performance of enterprises.
