Abstract: Safety in production is the premise and foundation of all the work of enterprises. With the degree of danger and fluidity characteristics in oil drilling industry production, it has been difficult to avoid safety accidents, both in the traditional management period and now with the introduction of advanced safety management system. Therefore, it is a new topic for us to find out how to adapt the safety management of oil drilling industry to the requirements of the new situation and how to improve safety management. Sinopec East China Petroleum Engineering Company innovates safety management, actively tries to combine “HSE vision and goals” with “Quaternity” safety management. This effectively protects the interests of the enterprise and employees and maintains the stability of the production safety situation.
