摘要: 基于目前国家对煤化工企业环保排放逐步提高的现实要求,结合炼油、化工项目“清污分 流、污污分流、分质处理”的设计原则,首次在煤化工项目上提出煤化工污水分系列处理方案。针对 粉煤气化灰水低碳高氮的水质特性,通过核心参数优化和多级流程配置,以软化澄清- 生物深度脱氮工 艺为核心的处理技术,实现硬度、氨氮、总氮等污染物的高效脱除和长周期稳定运行,为后续分盐和 零排放提供有力保障。

Abstract: As the national environmental protection requirements for coal chemical companies are increasing gradually, treatment of coal chemical sewage in series is proposed for the first time in coal chemical projects combining with the design principles of“ cleaning and sewage separation, pollutions separation and properties classified treatment” in refining and chemical projects Aiming at the water quality characteristics of pulverized coal gasification ash-water with low carbon and high nitrogen, the treatment technology with softening and clarification-biological deep denitrification process as the core is adopted to achieve efficient removal of hardness, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and other pollutants from the sewage and realize long-cycle stable operation through core parameters optimization and multi-stage process configuration. This provides strong guarantee for subsequent salt separation and zero discharge.
