Abstract: The construction project of oil and gas storage, transportation and sales includes many kinds and quantities of production devices and public auxiliary facilities, involving many sectors such as wharf, oil depot, gas depot, oil and gas pipeline, gas station, environmental treatment and so forth. The new edition of the Catalogue of Classified Management of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects further clarifies and standardizes the classified management of environmental impact assessment of construction projects. In the process of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of storage, transportation and sales projects, devices or facilities, the categories of environmental impact assessment should be reasonably selected according to the new catalogue, and the environmental impact assessment of construction projects should be carried out in accordance with the law.
