Abstract: The environmental supervision is increasingly strict and meticulous after the release of a series of new laws and regulations and standards. This paper discusses the problems existing in the environmental protection management of petrochemical enterprises which are the major pollutant emission enterprises. It also discusses the necessity of and relevant management measures for carrying out the fine management of environmental protection work under the situation that the main responsibility of self-certified law-abiding and self-certified environmental-friendly enterprises is clear. Then the paper points out that under the increasingly stringent environment protection situation, the petrochemical enterprises can only realize the sustainable development and green development by implementing the fine management of environmental protection and improving the level of environmental management.
