Abstract: During the peak gas supply period in winter in Sulige gas field, the downhole chokes for some conventional gas well will be salvaged according to the production needs, and temporary production increase measure of wellsite heating furnace will be adopted to increase natural gas production. Since it’s a temporary production process measure, the safety risk of gas well operation will be increased to a certain extent. By sorting out the on-site process, digging out on-site hidden dangers, investigating equipment and personnel operating risks, seven specific risk control measures and opinions are put forward to guide on-site safety check and reduce safety risks in heating furnace production wells.
