膜法分离技术在废气治理中的应用

摘要: 烯烃部B 罐区有10 座内浮顶储罐,其中石脑油储罐6 座、混合苯储罐2 座、粗芳烃储罐 2 座,10 座储罐的罐顶呼吸气直排大气环境。2017 年采用“膜分离+ 吸附工艺”对B 罐区罐顶气进行 了治理,通过膜分离技术回收了其中有效组分,对于未透过膜的废气通过吸附技术满足排放标准后排 放,从而减少了罐顶气对大气环境的影响。

Abstract: There are ten internal floating roof storage tanks in tank area B of the Olefin Department, including six naphtha storage tanks, two mixed benzene storage tanks, two crude aromatic hydrocarbon storage tanks, and the top gas of these ten storage tanks is discharged to the atmosphere directly. In 2017, the Olefin Department adopted the “membrane separation + adsorption process” to treat the tank top gas in tank area B. The effective components were recovered through membrane separation technology, and the exhaust gas that had not passed through the membrane was discharged after meeting the emission standards through adsorption technology, thereby reducing the impacts of tank top gas on the atmospheric environment.
