摘要: 以某石化公司废水回用系统为例,介绍了反渗透工艺回用炼厂废水流程和运行问题。由 于反渗透系统污堵,系统进水压力和压差上升,通量下降,生产效率降低,威胁系统安全运行。针对 该问题进行了进水有机物、难溶盐类、微生物污染、颗粒物污染、加药情况和运行工况的分析,根据 分析结果制定了土建整改、加强杀菌和运行管理的措施,实现了反渗透系统稳定运行,可为同类装置 提供借鉴。

Abstract: Taking the wastewater reuse system of a petrochemical company as an example, this paper introduces the reverse osmosis process and operation problems in wastewater reuse in refineries. Due to the wastewater blocking of reverse osmosis, the inlet pressure and pressure difference of the system increase; the flux decreases and the production efficiency decreases, which threatens the safe operation of the system. Aiming at this problem, the influent organic matter, insoluble salts, microbial pollution, particulate matter pollution, dosing situation and operation conditions were analyzed. According to the analysis results, the measures of civil engineering rectification, strengthening sterilization and operation management were formulated. These helped to realize the stable operation of the reverse osmosis system, and provided reference experience for similar devices.
