摘要: 安全第一是石油加工工程永恒的主题。电气安全性和可操作性为石油加工装置的安全运 行提供了有力支持和保障。在境外某大型石油加工装置的电气设计中,业主和第三方机构对电气系统 进行了详细的电气安全性、可操作性分析审查。阐述了相关分析和审查重点,旨在为国内项目及后续 境外项目提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Safety first is the permanent topic of refining and chemical engineering. Electrical system safety and operability provide strong support and guarantee to the safe operation of process unit. In the electrical design of one large-scale overseas petroleum processing unit, the owner and the designated third-party organization conducted a detailed electrical safety and operability analysis of the electrical system. This paper describes the key points of relevant analysis and review of ELSOR, aiming to provide reference and experience for other domestic and follow-up overseas projects.
