摘要: 泄漏检测与修复(Leak Detection and Repair,LDAR) 是指对工业生产过程中物料 泄漏进行控制的系统工程技术。VOCs 饱和蒸汽压比较高,且沸点相对较低,比较容易挥发。将 LDAR 技术应用于石油化工生产装置的VOCs 治理中,能有效控制和减少VOCs 的挥发,为企业 提供良好的经济效益和环保效益。以某公司常减压生产装置设备管阀件泄漏为例,通过应用LDAR 技术开展常减压生产装置VOCs 泄漏检测与修复并进行数据统计,计算该装置的VOCs 泄漏损失量 及修复后的减排量,结果表明:LDAR 技术的实施,已成为削减VOCs 排放量,减少油品损失的有 效手段。

Abstract: Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) is a system engineering technology for controlling material leakage in industrial production process. The saturated vapor pressure of VOCs is comparatively high and the boiling point is comparatively low. VOCs volatilize easily. The application of LDAR technology to VOCs treatment of petrochemical production units can control and reduce the volatilization of VOCs effectively. This can provide good economic and environmental benefits for enterprises. Taking the leakage of the pipe and valve of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in a company as an example, the VOCs leakage detection and data statistics of the refinery unit are carried out by using LDAR technology, and the device’s VOCs leakage loss and emission reduction after repair are calculated. The results indicate that the implementation of LDAR technology has become an effective means to reduce VOCs emissions and reduce oil loss.
