摘要: 传统的分体式阻火呼吸阀和紧急泄压阀结构不合理,本质不安全,泄漏量大,不能满足日 益严格的安全和环保要求。介绍了一种新型高效的一体式阻火呼吸阀和紧急泄压阀,其结构合理,本质 安全,密封性能高,可满足国际和国内现行最严格的环保标准。新型高效一体式阻火呼吸阀和紧急泄压 阀在储罐区的实际应用收到了良好效果,能够大幅减少储罐区VOCs 排放,同时节省大量氮封气。

Abstract: The traditional split fire-resistance breathing valve and emergency pressure relief valve are unreasonable in structure, inherently unsafe, and have a large leakage, which cannot meet the increasingly stringent safety and environmental protection requirements. This paper introduces valve and emergency relief valve which are of reasonable structure with intrinsic safety and good sealing performance. This can meet the most stringent current international and domestic environmental protection standards. The highly efficient new integrated fire retardant breathing valve and emergency relief valve have achieved good results in practical application in tank farms. The application of them can reduce the VOCs emissions of the tank farms greatly and save a lot of nitrogen blanketing gas.
