快速脱钩高空作业安全带的设计

Design of Quick Decoupling Safety Belt for High-altitude Operation

摘要: 石油化工行业高空作业中常使用五点式大双钩安全带的安全措施,以防止作业人员失足 从高处坠落。然而在运行的炼化装置施工作业,还可能发生意外着火、毒气泄漏、坍塌等突发状况, 高空作业人员存在因使用安全带无法逃脱而发生人身伤亡事故的风险。通过对现有高空作业安全带进 行较小的结构改进,设置快速脱钩装置,即可实现在突发紧急危险状况下,能够安全快速脱开安全带 束缚,达到安全逃离的目的。

Abstract: In high-altitude operation of petrochemical industry, five-point double-hook safety belt is often used to prevent operators from falling from high places. However, during the operation of refining plant construction, unexpected fire, gas leakage, collapse and other emergencies may occur. Due to the use of safety belts, risks of personal injury and death may occur to operators working for high-altitude operation. By making minor structural improvements to the existing high-altitude operation safety belts, and setting a quick decoupling device, the safety belts can be decoupled safely and quickly by operators working for high-altitude operation in sudden emergency and dangerous situations so that the purpose of safe escape can be achieved.
