升温速率对含油污泥热解燃烧特性影响的试验研究

Experimental Study of the Impacts of Heating Rate on Pyrolysis and Combustion Characteristics of Oily Sludge

摘要: 含油污泥作为一种产量较大的工业废料有很大的利用价值,升温速率是热解燃烧法处 理油污泥的一个关键因素,探究升温速率对油污泥热解燃烧特性的影响有很大的实际意义。利用TG/ DTA6300 热重差热分析仪,对新疆吐哈油田含油污泥样品进行了不同升温速率的热解燃烧试验,发现 升温速率的提高可以使含油污泥热解燃烧反应更加剧烈,可降低热解反应的活化能,并且对油污泥燃 烧反应的可燃性能、燃尽性能以及综合燃烧特性都有积极作用。

Abstract: As a kind of industrial waste with large production, oily sludge is of great utilization value. Heating rate is a key factor in the treatment of oily sludge by pyrolysis and combustion method. It is of great practical significance to explore the impacts of heating rate on the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of oily sludge. The TG/DTA6300 thermogravimetric differential thermal analyzer was used to conduct pyrolysis and combustion tests on oily sludge samples at different heating rates from Xinjiang Tuha Oilfield. It is found that the increase of heating rate can make the pyrolysis and combustion reaction of oily sludge more intense, reduce the activation energy of the pyrolysis reaction, and has a positive effect on the combustibility, burnout performance and comprehensive combustion characteristics of the oily sludge combustion reaction.
