Study on the Effects of Ethylene Caustic Sludge on the Effluent of High-salt Content Plant and the Countermeasures

摘要: 某石化公司高含盐污水处理系统是处理炼油碱渣的预处理装置,自2018 年增加了对乙烯 碱渣的处理后,随着碱渣来源和成分的变化,现有的活性污泥无法对其进行有效的生化处理。为提高 乙烯碱渣处理效率,通过增加稀释水量、选用高效生物菌种及调整控制参数的方法对碱渣处理工艺进 行优化。通过对COD、油和硫化物的去除率和出水水质分析,确定该优化方案对碱渣中的污染物可充 分降解,提高了污水处理系统的处理效率,可为后续低含盐污水处理系统的稳定运行和污水达标排放 提供有利保障。

Abstract: The high-salt content wastewater treatment system of a petrochemical company in Tianjin is a pretreatment device for refining caustic sludge. Since the treatment of ethylene caustic sludge was added in 2018, the existing activated sludge couldn’t perform effective biochemical treatment with the change of the sources and compositions of caustic sludge. In order to improve the treatment efficiency of ethylene caustic sludge, the process of caustic sludge treatment was optimized by increasing the diluted water, selecting high-efficiency biological bacteria and adjusting control parameters. Through analysis of COD, oil and sulfide removal rate and effluent water quality, it was determined that the optimization scheme could fully degrade the pollutants in caustic sludge, improve the treatment efficiency of the sewage treatment system, and provide beneficial guarantee for the stable operation of the follow-up low-salt content sewage treatment system and the sewage discharge within controlling index of national standard.
