道化学火灾、爆炸指数分析法在甲醇储罐安全评价中的应用

摘要: 运用道化学火灾、爆炸指数分析法对南通某公司甲醇储罐进行安全评价,得出甲醇储罐 单元安全补偿前后的火灾爆炸指数、暴露区域半径、面积等危险因素。评价结果表明:甲醇储罐评价 单元补偿前危险等级属“很大”级,经采用安全补偿措施,可以将引发危险的可能性降低,降至为“较 轻”级。说明安全措施补偿是很有必要的,为事故风险预防和甲醇储罐单元的管理提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Dow’s fire and explosion index method is adopted to carry out safety evaluation of the methanol storage tanks of certain company in Nantong. And the risk factors including fire explosion index, radius and areas of exposed zones of methanol tank unit before and after the safety allowance were obtained. The evaluation results showed that the evaluation unit of methanol tank had a “very high” level of hazard before compensation, but the hazards can be reduced to a “relatively light” level after taking safety compensation measures. This indicates that safety compensation measures are necessary, and also provides a theoretical basis for the prevention of accident risks and the management of methanol tank units
