摘要: 薄型和超薄型防火涂料是近年来发展的一种新型防火涂料,主要由有机树脂、发泡剂、 阻燃剂、炭化剂等组成,其优点是质轻、涂层薄、施工方便。因其为近年来发展的一种新型防火涂料, 目前在石化项目中尚未普遍应用。中海油惠州石化二期项目钢结构防火采用了薄型防火涂料,结合项 目实施过程中的应用经验,介绍薄型防火涂料的机理、技术要求以及在施工过程中需要注意的事项, 旨在为同类石化项目提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Both thin and super thin fire retardant coatings are new fire retardant coatings developed in recent years. Such coatings are composed of organic resin, aerating powder, fire retardant, carbonization agent and so on. The advantages of such coatings are light weight, thin coating, and convenient construction. As a new type of fire retardant coatings, they are not yet widely used in petrochemical projects. Thin fire retardant coatings was adopted on the steel structure of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals project (phase II). Combining with the construction application experiences, this paper introduces the mechanism, technical requirements and matters that need attention during construction process, aiming to provide experience and reference for similar petrochemical projects.
