摘要: 近年来,我国油气输送管线、城市燃气管网等基础设施建设不断加快,然而因其本身的 高风险,也带来很多安全问题,油气管线爆燃事故的发生更暴露出油气管网应急处置方面存在的诸多 问题。为切实提高此类突发事件应急处置能力和联动水平,对天然气长输管线基本情况、危险特性、 应急处置、注意事项及事故案例进行重点介绍及分析,供消防救援队伍及相关联动单位处置同类事故 时参考借鉴。

Abstract: In recent years, China’s infrastructure construction such as oil and gas pipelines and urban gas pipeline networks continues to accelerate. However, due to its high risks, the construction also brings many safety problems. The occurrence of deflagration accidents in oil and gas pipelines has exposed many problems existing in emergency disposal of oil and gas pipeline networks. In order to effectively improve the emergency response capacity and linkage level of such emergencies, this paper focuses on the introduction and analysis of the basic situation, dangerous characteristics, emergency disposal, precautions and accident cases of long distance natural gas pipelines, which provides reference for the fire rescue team and related units to deal with similar accidents.
