开滑套底部防顶器及其控制方法

摘要: 开滑套过程中,由于滑套内外存在较大压差,滑套被打开的瞬间,较高的外部压力快速 涌进油管,推动开滑套工具串快速上窜,容易导致工具串被钢丝缠绕或工具落井的事故。现有防上顶 工具连接于工具串顶部,支撑防上顶功能滞后,防冲顶效果不佳。设计开发出一种开滑套底部防顶器, 可以避免防顶器功能滞后,降低工具串整体上顶的几率,避免作业事故的发生。

Abstract: In the process of opening the sliding sleeve, such accidents as the tool string being twisted by slick line or the tool falling into the well may easily occur due to the high pressure difference between the inside and the outside of sliding sleeve. This will result in high external pressure rushing into the tubing and pushing the tool string up quickly the moment the sliding sleeve is opened. The existing anti-topping tools are connected to the top of the tool string and the function supporting anti-topping is lagged, so the anti-topping effect is not good. A kind of anti-topping device at the bottom of the tool string for opening the sliding sleeve is designed and developed. It can avoid thefunction lag of anti-topping device, reduce the probability of tool string being pushed up as a whole and prevent the occurrence of work accidents.
