炼油区火炬总管大检修动火施工安全管控措施

摘要: 大检修期间炼油火炬系统总管动火施工具有极大的安全风险,是安全管控的难点。四川 石化本次炼油区大检修中根据动火施工安全风险辨识内容和安全原则,制定了炼油区各装置蒸汽吹扫 和氮气置换的统筹计划以及隔离措施。炼油火炬系统总管按期采样分析合格,并根据施工进度调整氮 气泄放点,按时顺利完成动火施工作业。

Abstract: During the overhaul period, there are great safety risks in the hot work of the main pipeline of the refinery flare system. So hot work becomes a tough job. During the overhaul of the refinery zone of PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company Limited, an overall plan for steam purging and nitrogen replacement and isolation measures for each unit in the oil refining area was formulated according to the identification of safety risks and the safety principles. The sampling analysis of the main pipeline of the refinery flare system met the standard on schedule. And the nitrogen discharge point was adjusted according to the construction progress. The hot work was smoothly completed on time.
