摘要: 随着蒸汽驱、蒸汽辅助动泄油(SAGD)等实施,稠油油田伴生气中含硫化氢的油井不断增加,范围不断扩大、浓度不断升高,最高浓度已超过20 000 mg/m3,远远超过了安全浓度。由于稠油油田开采初期未发现硫化氢,因此无论在硫化氢生成机理还是防治技术方面均存在较大不足,为避免发生硫化氢事故,保证稠油油田生产的顺利进行,对硫化氢吸收处理液进行研究。该研究可为硫化氢防治技术的开展提供支持,对推进油田企业持续稳定发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: With the implementation of steam flooding and SAGD, the oil wells containing hydrogen sulfide in associated gas of heavy oilfields are increasing; their scopes are expanding and their concentration is increasing as well. The maximum concentration has exceeded 20,000 mg/m3, far beyond the safe concentration. Because hydrogen sulfide has not been found in the early stage of heavy oilfield exploitation, there are still some shortcomings in hydrogen sulfide formation mechanism and prevention technology. In order to avoid the occurrence of hydrogen sulfide accidents and ensure the smooth production of heavy oilfields, this paper studies the hydrogen sulfide absorption treatment fluid, which provides support for the development of hydrogen sulfide prevention technology. This is of great significance for oilfield enterprises to promote the sustainable and stable development.
