摘要: 介绍了HAZOP 分析方法在氢气提纯装置上的应用。通过组织人员培训、划分节点、确定引导词、偏差,将每个节点进行HAZOP 分析工作,并根据风险的可能性与严重性,确定了风险等级,分析已有保护措施。对于较大风险,制定了建议措施。并将HAZOP 分析识别的较大及一般风险融入氢气提纯装置的风险防控措施台账。通过开展HAZOP 分析工作,进一步提高了氢气提纯装置的本质安全水平。

Abstract: The application of HAZOP analysis method in hydrogen purification unit is presented in this paper. By organizing personnel training, dividing nodes, determining lead words and deviations, HAZOP analysis is carried out for each node and based on the probability and severity of risk. determining the risk level and analyzing the existing protection measures. And HAZOP analysis and identification of large and general risks into the hydrogen purification unit risk prevention and control measures ledger. By carrying out the HAZOP analysis, the intrinsic safety level of the hydrogen purification unit is further improved.
