Abstract: Based on the standardization study on the construction site of 0.6 MTA polypropylene plant of Shenhua Ning Coal 4 MTA coal chemical byproducts comprehensive utilization project, this paper discusses on the method of standardized operation at the construction site from such aspects as the selection of technical team, schedule control, site construction management, documentation specifications and so on. This provides some useful suggestions for improving site management of construction work.
