摘要: 定量风险评价技术可以为原油天然气合建站场的风险管理提供重要的参考。将定量风险评价技术在某原油天然气合建站场进行了应用,计算了不同危害场景失效后果,分析了原油工艺区与天然气工艺区发生事故时的相互影响,得到了原油天然气合建站场的个人风险曲线及社会风险曲线,为原油天然气合建站场油气工艺区的总体布局提出了建议。

Abstract: Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) can provide important reference for the risk management of oil and gas co-construction station. By applying QRA at an oil and gas co-construction station, this paper calculates the failure consequences of different hazard scenarios. It analyzes the interaction between the leakage of crude oil process area and natural gas process area. Then the paper obtains the personal risk curve and social risk curve of the oil and gas co-construction station. It gives suggestions for the overall layout of the oil and gas process area of oil and gas co-construction station.
