Abstract: As a modern safety management method, safety training and observation is an effective way to correct the unsafe behaviors of employees and raise the safety awareness of all personnel. It is different from safety inspection and punishment. It is a way in which observers guide and encourage employees to learn safety skills through seeking advice from employees with sincere attitude. Through equal and informal communication, employees take the initiative to accept safety knowledge and are willing to correct their own unsafe behaviors so as to consolidate employees’ safe behaviors and prevent accidents
