摘要: 作为一种助燃性气体,氧气在工业领域被广泛应用,医用氧气也广泛应用于各大医院。 氧气作为第2.2 类危险化学品(不燃或助燃气体),具有很大的危险性,如不注意使用安全,易发生安 全事故。通过对氧气充装站设备设施、作业环境、危险化学品、管理制度等进行风险辨识,采用风险 定量定性评价方法,判定氧气充装站的各项风险等级,并根据风险内容制定风险防控措施。组织岗位 全员进行学习,掌握风险防控措施。通过风险辨识、评价、防控,做好氧气充装站的安全管理,进一 步强化风险意识。做好氧气充装站风险防控在前,隐患排查在后的双重预防机制。

Abstract: As a kind of combustion-supporting gas, oxygen is widely used in industrial fields. Medical oxygen is also widely used in major hospitals. As the 2.2 category of hazardous chemicals (noncombustible or combustion- supporting gases), oxygen is very dangerous. Safety accidents may occur easily if safety is ignored during the use of oxygen. This paper identifies the risks of equipment and facilities, operating environment, hazardous chemicals and management system of oxygen filling station. Then it adopts quantitative and qualitative risk assessment method to determine the risk level of oxygen filling station and formulates risk prevention and control measures according to the risk content. All employees are organized to learn and grasp risk prevention and control measures. Through risk identification, evaluation, prevention and control and doing a good job in safety management in oxygen filling station, risk awareness is further strengthened. Double prevention mechanism of implementing risk prevention and control first and hidden dangers investigation next shall be done well in oxygen filling station.
