摘要: 以某LNG 接收站罐区集液池为例,运用PHAST 软件模拟罐区集液池的池火热辐射影响 范围和蒸气云扩散范围,模拟发现:集液池的表面积越大,热辐射和蒸气云扩散的影响距离越大;热 辐射在15,32 Kw/m2 水平下风速越大,热辐射的影响范围越大,但是大气稳定度相同,风速越大,蒸 气云扩散的影响距离越小;在同等风速条件下,大气稳定度不同,热辐射的影响范围没有发生变化, 但是在同等风速条件下,大气稳定度越稳定,蒸气云扩散的影响距离越大。从而得出集液池的表面积 尺寸、风速、大气稳定度对集液池热辐射和蒸气云扩散具有不同的影响作用,这对于LNG 接收站的选 址及总平面布置具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: Taking the impounding basin of an LNG Terminal as an example, the influence range of thermal radiation and the diffusion range of vapor cloud in the impounding basin of an LNG tank are simulated by adopting the PHAST software. It is found through the simulation that the larger the surface area of the impounding basin is, the greater the influence distance of thermal radiation and vapor cloud diffusion is; the larger the wind speed at 15 Kw/m2 and 32 Kw/ m2 is, the greater the influence range of thermal radiation is, but the higher the wind speed in the situation of the same atmospheric stability is, the smaller the influence distance of vapor cloud diffusion is; the influence range of thermal radiation does not change in the situation of the same wind speed and the different atmospheric stability, but in the situation of the same wind speed, the more stable the atmospheric stability is, the greater the influence distance of vapor cloud diffusion is. Thus it is concluded that the impounding basin surface area size, wind speed and atmospheric stability have different effects on the thermal radiation and vapor cloud diffusion. This has important guiding significance for the site selection and general layout of LNG terminals.
