Abstract: In the process of chemical engineering, management of change is an important part of safety management system, including chemicals, process technology, chemical equipment and operation process. Management of change occurred to meet the needs of enterprises. Through effective management of change, companies can minimize and put an end to safety accidents caused by the change, promoting the sustainable development of the companies. However, improper management could lead to major safety accident. This paper analyzes the concept, objective and present situation of management of change and puts forward some effective measures for the management of change for chemical process in hope of providing some reference for the safety management in production of chemical enterprises.
