摘要： 随着对乙烯装置有组织和无组织废气治理工作的推进，现场网格化监测要求VOCs 和异味双达标管控，地罐清理作业通过尝试优化并延长轻质碳十浸泡、低压蒸汽蒸煮、地罐氮气吹扫的时间，确保地罐系统易挥发物质的置换效果，并将原排空口设置水封罐，使排放的废气经过洗涤、降温，进一步减少对周边环境的影响，从而达到地罐绿色清理的目标。

关键词: 乙烯装置, 地罐清理, 　工艺和施工过程优化

Abstract: With the advancement of organized and unorganized exhaust gas treatment for ethylene plants, the on-site grid monitoring requires VOCs and odor to be discharged after reaching two specific standards. Through taking process optimization measures for ground tank cleaning operation, the time for light C10 soak, low pressure steam cooking and ground tank nitrogen purge is extended, which ensures the replacement effect of the volatile substances in the tank system. The water-sealed tank is set in the original blowdown mouth so that the discharged exhaust gas is washed and cooled and its impact on the surrounding environment is further reduced, thereby achieving the goal of green cleaning of the ground tank.
