摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对LNG 在中国能源向清洁化变革过程中的作用做更为清晰的定位，对中国能源的发展现状和未来进行了研究分析。将LNG 在发电、分布式能源、车船燃料、工业燃料等领域与传统能源在排放上的优劣进行对比，结果表明：LNG 在各个领域均比传统能源具有更好的节能减排效果，在基础设施建设、资源供给方面具有保障，将对中国能源清洁发展发挥重要作用。但目前天然气在上网电价、产业政策等方面受到的支持还不够, 需要制定更为积极的产业规划、价格机制和财税政策，以鼓励天然气产业的健康发展。

Abstract: To better understand the role of LNG in ABSTRACTS PETROCHEMICAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY Bimonthly. 20 Feb. 2019 Vol. 35 No. 1 ·Ⅲ· China’s clean energy revolution, this paper studies and analyzes the development and future of China’s energy industry. It compares the advantages and disadvantages of LNG with traditional energy concerning emissions in various fields including power generation, distributed energy resource, transportation fuels and industrial fuels. And the results show that LNG is better than traditional energy in energy efficiency and emission reduction; it can provide guarantee for infrastructure construction and resource supply and it will play a key role in China’s clean energy development. However, there isn’t enough support for the development of natural gas in net price, industrial policies and so on right now. It is necessary to formulate more active industrial planning, price mechanism and fiscal and taxation policies to encourage the healthy development of natural gas industry.
