胜利煤田褐煤的清洁利用

摘要: 胜利煤田位于锡林浩特北郊,含煤面积342 km2,已探明储量159.32 亿t,是全国最大、 煤层最厚的褐煤田。褐煤发热量低,热稳定性差,化学反应性强,在空气中容易风化,不易储存和运 输,燃烧时对空气污染严重。文章主要对矿区煤质的水分、灰分、挥发份、发热量、腐殖酸含量进行 了分析,以这些褐煤资源为原料,开发出利用这些燃烧热值低的褐煤为原料,生产腐殖酸钠产品的工 艺。腐殖酸钠在农业、牧业、工业废水处理中具有广阔的应用前景,因此该工艺可实现资源的综合利 用和可持续发展。

Abstract: Shengli Coalfield is located in the northern suburbs of Xilinhot. It contains 342 square kilometers of coal and has proven reserves of 15.932 billion tons. It is the largest brown coal field in the country with the thickest coal seam. Lignite has low heat, poor thermal stability, strong chemical reactivity, easy weathering in the air, difficult to store and transport, and serious air pollution during combustion. This paper mainly analyzes the content of moisture, ash, volatile content, calorific content and humic acid of coal in the mining area. And these lignite resources with low calorific value are used as raw materials to develop sodium humic acid products which have broad application prospects in agricultural, animal husbandry and industrial wastewater treatment. This technology can help to achieve clean utilization of lignite resources.
