摘要： 以在螺杆泵井检维修现场的物体打击事故为例，深入分析原因，用工作安全分析（JSA）的方法提出应对及防范措施，阐明了工作安全分析在油田生产操作中对控制事故风险的重要性。

Abstract: This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes for an object strike accident occurred at the inspection and maintenance site of a screw pump well. It proposes the countermeasures and preventive measures through adopting job safety analysis (JSA) method. The paper clarifies the importance of JSA in controlling accident risks in oilfield production operation.
