泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)基础信息统计P&ID 图标识法应用

摘要: LDAR 基础信息统计是现场检测、泄漏修复、排放量计算、数理统计和总结提高等环节的 前提和基础。《石化企业泄漏检测与修复工作指南》提及的LDAR 基础信息统计方法有挂牌法、拍照法和 P&ID 图标识法3 种。国内学者尚未对P&ID 图标识法进行深入的研究。在企业工作中,P&ID 图标识法也 未得到足够的重视和应用。为了推动LDAR 工作顺利开展,总结出P&ID 图标识法的具体应用方式。P&ID 图标识法包括规则制定、模块表达和绘制标识3 个步骤,具有简化组件便于管理、统计工作量小、清晰易 懂、便于现场检测和监督检查等优势。

Abstract: LDAR basic information statistics is the prerequisite and basis for on-site detection, leakage repair, emission calculation, mathematical statistics and summary & improvement. The LDAR basic information statistical methods mentioned Leak Detection and Repair Work Guidelines for Petrochemical Enterprises include listing method, photo method and P&ID graph identification method. Domestic scholars have not conducted in-depth researches on P&ID graph identification method. Meanwhile, P&ID graph identification method has not been paid enough attention to and applied in enterprise work. In order to promote the development of LDAR work, a unit summed up the specific application of P&ID graph identification method. P&ID graph identification method includes three steps: rule making, module expression and drawing identification. P&ID graph identification method has the advantages of simplified component management, small statistical workload, clear and easy to understand, convenient on-site inspection and supervision inspection and so forth.
