海上平台不同类型生活污水处理装置比对分析研究

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND STUDY ON DOMESTIC SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS OF DIFFERENT TYPES ON OFFSHORE PLATFORM

摘要: 海上平台生活污水处理装置类型多样,尚缺少全面系统的比对研究,这给装置选型带来困扰。选取渤海、东海、南海及北部湾的54个平台进行了调研和现场监测,针对海上平台生活污水处理装置选型最为关注的出水水质、出水稳定性、占地面积、一次性投资、维护周期、维护成本、维护难易程度、能耗、故障频率、处理能力10个方面进行了综合比对。结果表明,生化法在经济性上具有明显优势,但在出水水质、占地、维护、故障率、处理能力等方面劣于电解装置,结合海上平台特点,建议电解法作为生活污水处理装置的首选。

Abstract: There are many types of domestic sewage treatment plants on offshore platform,yet there’s still a lack of comprehensive and systematic comparative study on these types of plants.This causes troubles in the selection of the plants.This paper selected 54 platforms from the Bohai Sea,East China Sea,South China Sea and North Bay for research and on-site monitoring.It makes a comprehensive comparison on ten most concerned aspects in the type selection of domestic sewage treatment plants covering effluent water quality,effluent stability,floor area,one-time investment,maintenance cycle,maintenance cost,maintenance difficulty,energy consumption,frequency of failure and treatment capacity.The results show that biochemical method has obvious economic advantages,but in effluent water quality,floor area,maintenance,failure rate and treatment capacity,biochemical method is inferior to the electrolysis device.Combining with the characteristics of offshore platforms,the electrolysis method is recommended to be the first choice for domestic sewage treatment plants.
