摘要： 介绍了某石化厂芳烃装置27台涉苯(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)储罐的罐顶挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理方案,改造方案包括罐顶油气联通收集系统和油气回收撬块。对27台储罐新增气相平衡管线及油气回收管线,并完善储罐氮封和安全附件,通过可靠的氮封设施、合理的储罐压力控制方案、安全的气相联通管道以及运行良好的油气回收设施,共同组成完善的涉苯储罐油气回收系统。

Abstract: This paper introduces the treatment scheme of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from 27 benzene related storage tanks in the aromatics unit of a petrochemical plant.The revamp scheme involves the volatile gas collection system and recovery facilities.New gas phase equilibrium pipelines and gas recovery pipelines for the 27 tanks will be added,and nitrogen seals and safety attachments of tanks should be improved.Through reliable nitrogen sealing facilities,reasonable control scheme for storage tank pressure,safe gas phase pipeline and good gas recovery facilities,a perfect gas recovery system for benzene related storage tanks is formed.
