摘要: 作为国家经济的支柱行业,石油化工行业每年产生的废水中含有大量的有毒有害且难降解的污染物。随着排放标准的不断提升,如何去除水中难降解污染物成为一个越来越严峻的课题。利用臭氧催化氧化技术去除石化二级出水,通过调节臭氧投加量,将出水COD稳定保持在20 mg/L以下,COD去除效率稳定在60%,得到了很好的试验效果,满足排放要求。

Abstract: As the pillar industry of national economy,petrochemical industry produces wastewater containing plenty of toxic,hazardous and refractory pollutants every year. With the upgrading of emission standards,how to remove the refractory pollutants in water becomes a more and more serious topic. In this paper,the ozone catalytic oxidation technology is adopted to remove petrochemical secondary effluent. And through adjusting the amount of ozone dosing,the COD content of the effluent remains stable under 20 mg/L and the removal rate of COD remains stable at 60%. Good test results are obtained and discharge requirements are met.
