厌氧滤池在高浓度石油化工废水处理中的应用

摘要: 某石化企业有两座厌氧滤池用以处理高浓度石油化工废水。厌氧滤池的启动是用同水种转化的好氧污泥做为启动菌种。在近6年的运行周期内,厌氧滤池经历了低负荷、酸化等异常运行,最后受填料板结、进水穿孔管堵塞、无机泥积累等原因造成去除率严重下降。厌氧滤池处理高浓度石油化工废水的优点是去除率、抗冲击好、恢复时间短,但填料板结后检修时间过长也是该工艺最大的缺点。

Abstract: A petrochemical company has two anaerobic filters used to treat high concentration petrochemical wastewater. The start-up of anaerobic filter is the aerobic sludge which is transformed with the same kind of water.In the past 6 years of operational cycle,the anaerobic filter has been subjected to such abnormal operation as low load,acidification and so on. Finally,the removal rate of the anaerobic filter has been decreased greatly due to the hardening of the packing,blockage of the water inlet pipe,and accumulation of inorganic mud. The treatment of high concentration petrochemical wastewater with anaerobic filter has the advantages of high removal rate,good impact resistance and short recovery time,but the long overhaul time after the hardening of the packing is the biggest disadvantage of the process.
