Fenton法处理焦化废水的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TREATMENT OF COKING WASTEWATER BY FENTON PROCESS

摘要: 利用Fenton法对焦化废水处理的生化出水进行深度处理,研究H2O2和Fe SO4投加比及反应时间对COD去除率的影响,以确定最佳的工艺条件。结果表明:Fenton法处理焦化废水的生化出水时投药的最佳摩尔比是COD∶H2O2∶Fe SO4=1∶4∶2.5~3和1∶4∶4~4.5,COD去除率可达84.4%,投药摩尔比应避开去除效果不理想的1∶4∶3~4。

Abstract: Fenton process is adopted to carry out deep treatment of the biochemical effluent from coking wastewater treatment. The impacts of H_2O_2 and FeSO_4 dosing ratio and reaction time on COD removal rate arestudied to determine the best process condition. The results indicate that the proper mole ratios of COD:H_2O_2:FeSO_4 are 1:4:2. 5 ~ 3 and 1:4:4 ~ 4. 5 and the removal rate of COD can reach 84. 4%. Yet the ratio of 1 :4 :3 ~ 4 shall be excluded to avoid unsatisfactory results.
