摘要: 选取某石化含盐污水处理装置作为研究对象,对污水处理来水水质、预处理阶段和生化处理阶段存在的问题进行数据统计和分析,并根据不同问题提出可行性措施和建议。通过增加事故罐,加大化验分析频次,改善来水水质波动;预增加气浮装置,改善预处理效果;投加特效菌种,改善生物处理效果等措施,基本实现优化运行,污染物去除效果明星,外排污水达标排放。

Abstract: Due to the different types of petrochemical products,the performance of the water quality is very different,because of the increasingly stringent standards; the difficulty of plant to study sewage treatment is increasing. This paper selects the object of salt sewage treatment device containing a petrochemical,data statistics and analysis of existing sewage treatment water quality,pretreatment stage problems,biochemical treatment problems,and according to different problems and put forward feasible measures and suggestions. By improve the accident tank,increase water quality improvement analysis of frequency fluctuation test,pre flotation device to improve the effect of pretreatment with the addition of special strains,improve the efficiency of biological treatment and other measures,the basic realization of optimal operation,and improve the removal efficiency of pollutants,sewage discharge standard target.
