储罐漏磁检测励磁源耦合分析与实验研究

ANALYSIS ON EXCITATION SOURCE COUPLING AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MAGNETIC FLUX LEAKAGE DETECTION OF STORAGE TANKS

摘要: 漏磁检测凭借灵敏度高、成本低、操作简单等优点在储罐底检测中得到了广泛应用。设计了永磁铁和电磁线圈共同作用的新型混合励磁磁化部件,采用ANSYS软件对仿真模型进行基于缺陷漏磁场分布的励磁源耦合有限元分析,分析了励磁源参数及检测对象参数对缺陷产生的漏磁场分布的影响,确定底板厚度和饱和安匝数的关系。通过搭建的实验装置开展一系列实验研究,分析对比实验数据,验证有限元分析结果的正确性。为基于混合励磁漏磁检测的缺陷量化、仪器设计等提供一定理论基础。

Abstract: Magnetic flux leakage detection has been widely applied in the tank bottom testing because of its advantages of high sensitivity,low cost,simple operation and so on. New hybrid excitation magnetization parts are designed with the combined effect of permanent magnet and electromagnetic coil. ANSYS software is adopted to analyze the excitation source coupling of simulation model based on defect leakage magnetic field distribution.This paper analyzes the impacts of excitation source parameters and detection object parameters on the leakage magnetic field distribution of defects. It determines the relationship between the base plate thickness and saturated ampere turns. Experimental device is set up to carry out a series of experimental researches. The paper analyzes and compares the experiment data. It verifies the correctness of limited element analysis results. This provides certain theoretical basis for the quantitative analysis on defects and instrument design of tank bottom magnetic flux leakage testing based on hybrid excitation.
